Violin Kits or "Outfits"
At ElectricViolinSource.com, we specialize in electric violin and acoustic violin sets that include case and bow. Most of our sets also include accessories such as strings, rosin, headphones, amplifier cables, and even batteries. These complete kits allow you to start playing right away.
Please note that our violin sets do not come "set-up". We do not ship the violins already set-up with strings and bridge because this is more dangerous to ship (ie. we do not want the bridge or instrument to break before you receive it!). You will need to set up the bridge and strings upon arrival of your instrument or have someone do this for you. Please feel free to contact us if you require assistance in setting up your violin. We are more than happy to help you get started!
Why Electric Violins ?
These electric violins are great as gifts for any age. Our silent violins allow any violinist to practice without disturbing anyone else and include batteries with headphones. Also included with the electric violin kit is an amplifier cable, which can be connected directly to any amplifier. All you need is a little reverb and drive for an awesome rock sound!
With additional hardware, our electric violins can even be connected to your computer to record your playing or even add effects.
